Cartoon Network Fusion Fall MMO

Cartoon Network had a lot of fun and addicting games on the site that were aimed for 8-12 year olds. Most of the games were pretty straightforward like shooting garbage or fighting evil ninja. The only games that require an account were the game creators.

The creator I tested was Star Wars that requires and account to send the games to cartoon network.

The Fusion Fall game is a MMO game that was made by cartoon network. The game requires the player to make an avatar to fight the Fusion monsters. The filter was good it did not allow cussing and it made the avatar say coco over and over. The primary weapons in the game are laser guns and melee weapons like swords. The gun part may cause come concern for younger kids because their parents may not want them to be playing that type of game, even if it is just used to kill the monsters. The game is pretty safe because there was one problem I found with someone wanting a date and I have not seen anything else since. I give cartoon network and fusion fall a 7 out of ten

Poptropica

I was extremely excited about reviewing Poptropica. It was requested that we review this site. I liked it a lot! It was very fun and adventurous. You started off by selecting your gender. Next, you pick your age. Then, you get to pick your name and your apparel for your cartoon. Now, you are ready to start playing the game. You get to pick the location on the map that you want to go to. You can select any of the nine locations of the map. I found many good things about Poptropica. One of the things that I found was that you cannot say any profanity. The downside of this is that you can only pick from three pre-approved questions that are chosen for you. You can also battle people in different games. My favorite game was head-to-head hoops. Overall, Poptropica was a very approved site. It scored 8 out of 10.

Woogi World

Habbo. . . Good or Bad?

I have recently been trying out the Habbo site and have found some very interesting information. This site is basically a social network that has the players kinda looking like Legos. You are able to go to a hotel and go to different rooms. To me, this website looked really confusing when I first looked into it. I have found that there are certain rooms that you are able to go to and there are some called the "dating rooms." In this room there are chairs set up and you are able to sit in them and another person is able to come up to you and talk. While I was watching everybody do this I saw many people asking where other were from and how old they were and personal information. This concerned me because most of the people were saying they were over the age of twenty and there were also young kids on the site talking to these older people. Some of the people were saying they wanted to go to thier rooms with these people and while they are there they talk and this is a perfect spot for predators to talk to your children. Many of the people in Habbo try to say a dirty word and they can easily do it by just saying the word with an extra letter. When they try to type in the dirty word it instantly changes to the word "bobba." You will be typing a sentence, for instance, " You're a bobba." You have to use your imagination to understand what they are saying. I do not think that this site is appropriate for kids at a young age or teenagers. This is a site that I know most parents will not approve of. For this site I would rate it a two out of ten. I know many people will not want their kids playing on this site.
